Join us online with Danske Bank, March 2nd, for this beginner’s introduction to microservices and containers. Anders Meidahl Münsberg and Alexander Rasmussen; two of our community members, who have been with us since the beginning, and now work at Danske Bank, will take us through the program.

When you have participated in this workshop, you will have a basic understanding of microservices and containers, and you will be able to create an application in a container. Also, you will be able to host an application in a localhost Kubernetes setup.

About the speakers

Alexander is currently on his 3rd semester on the master of computer engineering and works part-time in Danske Bank. Anders is a full-time Software Engineer and has been with Danske Bank since graduating with a Master of Computer Engineering from Aarhus University last year.

For the past two years, they have had the pleasure of introducing the interns in Danske Bank to a world of containers. They both love to play around with containers and Kubernetes and hope that you will too after this introduction.

Besides, the two speakers are familiar faces in the ORBIT Lab Community and have both won the prestigious Orbies Awards.
